General Information

Xplor operates Monday - Thursday, 7:30am EST to 5:30pm EST. Any orders submitted after 5:30pm on Thursday will not be processed until Monday. 

Any Changes made to an order must be sent via confirmed by email. If we are able to honor the change, you will receive an email confirming the change within 72 hours of your order being placed.

If there is a product you are interested in, but it has a high minimum, please reach out to us and we may be able to proceed with half the minimum for a small charge.

 

Return Policy

Customized orders such as embroidered apparel are not eligible for return unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. All non- apparel or non-personalized items are available for return within 30 days of receipt of item.

 

Return Shipping

Xplor will pay for return shipping on damaged or defective goods. Customer will be responsible for any other shipping charges.

 

Production Time

Embroidered items typically ship within 3-7 business days. Custom hard good orders typically ship within 10-14 business days.

 

Rush Orders

If an order is needed by a certain date, please email Xplor team prior to placing your order at Orders@xplorinc.com Alternative products may be recommended. Rush charges may apply.

 

Liability Limitation

In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, Xplor will replace the goods, F.O.B. point of shipment or refund the purchase price for the merchandise at Xplor’s sole discretion, provided that a written claim is received within 15 days from the shipment date. Xplor’s liability shall not in any event exceed the cost of furnishing a replacement for the defective product.

 

Shipping

Except for customized bulk orders, all orders ship from Xplor Headquarters.  Xplor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third party shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
